  • Towards the beginning it was an ideal place to live. The management was the most friendly people I met. Over the duration of one year, we got new management and they're not as friendly as the old management. Maintenance takes a while so we waited about 3 weeks for our dryer to start working again. But the maintenance man was the most friendliest person here. However, the other day we realized that there were some brown marks on wall in the second bathroom (we thought they just did not paint that portion) and saw some MUSHROOMS, yes MUSHROOMS growing in the corner of the hallway!!! How so if this place is newly renovated and almost one year later we see this? Be prepared to constantly have to fix your cabinets, they're cheap and come off the hinges all the time. Kitchen is very tiny esp for a 3bedroom. We were promised: -stainless steel appliances with a microwave built in above the stove, never got it. -old management told us that renovations would be done before we move in, 12 months later, still renovating. -they did however, out in a new dog park. Many of our things have been stolen and even our screen for our window went missing (assuming that someone was trying to break in). There has been lots of people who moved In so there weren't much open parking. We have a three bedroom with one assigned parking so that was difficult. It's cute at first, until you move in and realize that there's so much that's wrong with the place. We are moving out in a few days.
