  • The sales staff talk up a good game. The only good thing I can say about Spencers is that their prices are better than competitors. Their customer service once you have placed an order is worse than horrible. I ordered an wall oven over one month ago and it still has not been installed. I have had to call them every time to find out what was going on. No call from ANYONE in the store unless I called first. I would rather spend a few extra dollars at another retailer than use Spencer's again.
