First impression clean, dark and quite. When we arrived I was asked to fill out paperwork. I sure didn't feel up to it. Whatever. After sitting down 3 more people walked in after. Only one person was offered water.
I was the first one in but oddly not the first one back. Finally around five after 9 the door opens and it's like a cattle call. Names are being called and everyone is taken back at the same time. Massage was amazing. I don't know if it was just my room but the entire 90 minutes I heard talking and doors being open and closed. It was like I was next to employee lunch lounge. That was quite annoying. 5 stars for the actual massage. FYI Please NEVER try to up-sale a person on anything while they're in the room! That should be done at booking.....
This is not a 5 star resort type or hotel like spa and I sure didn't get the princess feeling. Kind of pull you in and push you out.
