I called this clinic on Tuesday morning and kept getting an answering machine. How does a medical clinic do business without a receptionist to answer the phone or at least place the patient on hold. I finally left a message to set up an appointment. I did not receive a call back all day on Tuesday. Wednesday afternoon, I decided to fill out the online appointment form. Needless to say, I couldn't keep waiting just to get an appointment which would probably not be scheduled for another week. I was able to find another clinic who took me in as a walk in. I got home and had received a returned message from Patient's Choice Clinic. Well that's great. A returned call 2 days later at 7:00 pm. This is unacceptable customer service for being a new patient trying to contact clinic staff.
