  • Worst service of my entire life. After being seated 30 minutes after my appointment, I was left to sit with wet hair while the hair stylist was on her phone about her New Years plans in the corner. I was also left at the sink with wet messy hair so she could text her boyfriend for 5 minutes- I was being totally ignored for a full 20 minutes after my 30 minute wait to get seated. So, I grabbed my coat, brushed my wet hair and left. She was still on her phone when I walked out- didn't even realize I had left. I went today for New Years Eve and booked an appointment well in advance. The last time I was here, I was made to wait for 30 minutes too but my stylist was attentive so I didn't complain. This is unbelievable. I am currently doing my own hair for New Year's Eve, at home now.
