  • This place surely has gone down hill compared to the last time I've visited. Before, there used to be a line. While its located in one of the "better" hotels and it looks the part, the service is wack and quality is not there. I really shouldn't be paying close to $10 for 2 scoop of icy, crystallized, gelato.
