  • This place is a scam! Unfortunately my husband and I fell into the scam of getting a time share. They made it seem so easy to book a room and travel for cheap which were all LIES!! I hope this post saves someone from getting stuck in this scam. We even went for our "free" stay at vegas, actually paid $179 for the room to try and speak to someone during our "new owner orientation" and we expressed all the issues we have encountered. We then were asked to fill out a "discrepancy form" and were told "someone will call you to see if they can get you out of the time share." It's now 3 weeks later and still haven't heard anything. We spoke to Diamond, one of the managers, and he promised us Hawaii trip, Disneyland trip, Vegas trip, gave us $100 cash so we would sign up. It obviously worked to trap us, but I regret it everyday. Even obtaining the trip to Disneyland has cost us $500 and it was "free." Then depature day must be on a Monday or Tuesday, you must constantly be sending in deposits and forms to obtain dates, its just a tedious and stupid process. I even reached out to the BBB and finally got a response from someone named Jason whom informed us to simply reach out to him in the future to avoid any problems, and again, another lie. I tried to schedule a room for my parents to be completed in 2 weeks and I waited 1.5 weeks with no response from Jason. He initially told me he would call me the following day to confirm that the room was available but no follow-up. I finally got upset as my parents were to take their trip in the following few days and was told that I had to pay for 3 nights instead of the 2 nights Jason had told me he was going to confirm. Supposedly, Jason was a "personal scheduler" with the company and every time I called within that week before my parents trip, he was "not in the office," he "was off that day," "he was in a meeting," "he stepped away from his desk." Seriously, what kind of customer service is this?! STAYYYY AWAY from them!!! I'm going to reach back with the BBB and possibly get an attorney if needed to get out of this ridiculous scam!!!
