  • The guy who came was older and confused but his boss was the meanest and nastiest person I have ever come into contact with. He belittled his employee in front of us and did not keep his promise of showing up to help his employee when he couldn't solve the issue himself. They need to do themselves a favor and find a better person to run the operation. Michael was a nice guy who did get his job done (a bit longer than I'd like) but his boss made the biggest ass of himself and his company.
