  • Hi. I needed major work $$$ done to my car. Money is tight so, of course, I called around. Earnhardt on Drivers Way was by far the best price for service compared to other Dealerships or Auto Shops in the Phx area. I had gotten estimates at other auto shops in town and boy did I get the "Run Around"...telling me screwy diagnosis at 3separate places, like I'm too dumb to know I just needed a new clutch. Randy Ferguson was my service advisor at Earnhardt's. He gave me an honest diagnosis and fair estimate without any pressure like another dealership I won't mention, so I booked an appointment. First time I walked into that location...I was a bit taken back at how nice the dealership was. It was big! It was beautiful! The waiting room for service had leather recliners and a breakfast bar including snacks, drinks etc. all free. They ended up keeping my car overnight and gave me loaner car. To my picky surprise that Chrysler200 was amazing! I really wasn't aware they were just that nice. I found myself driving home really slow, just so I could play with all the buttons and enjoy the sound system. It felt like I was in someones living room...really comfy. Randy gave me daily followups on the progress of my car. He was super to work with! Gave me a detailed estimate, fair price and greeted me at the door with a smile. I look forward to working with him again in the future. No question, I'll be using this place and requesting Randy Ferguson to be my Advisor both for the fair prices and No Bull!
