  • When I came to Henderson to look for a new home my Jeep Patriot transmission started slipping as I got off the freeway. Monday morning when I brought it in Vince Thompson the service advisor took it in without an appointment. He called me later that day with the prognosis. I needed a new transmission. He told me it would be two weeks for the part to arrive but that he would keep me advised and try to get one sooner. Vince called me several times and updated me about the repair. The Jeep is fixed now and runs great.Thanks for keeping me informed. Dale Carlson
