  • If you are looking for your forever ring or if you just have ridiculously high standards this is the place to go! Joe and Beth are honestly just the BEST!!! They are just wonderful to work with. I have never experienced such attentive customer service anywhere else.... ever! That combined with true talent, superb quality and great prices and I cannot imagine going anywhere else. I had experienced a few substandard experiences @ mall jewelry stores so finding Joseph Schubachs and finally having my forever dream ring has just been an amazing experience! I would highly recommend them to even the pickiest most detailed buyers with the highest standards of expectations because these people absolutely deliver on all of that and more! Thanks Joe and Beth I love my MBQH (miss bliss queen of hearts) ...you see @ Joseph Schubachs you have to name your custom ring because she is just too special not to! Ps - I saw that one negative review that someone left that said she lost stones and Joe responded they didn't have a record of selling to her and I just wanted to say that there has been confusion before as there is another Schubachs in a different state and I am sure that is where she bought that ring.
