  • I had a thermal fuse go out in my old dryer. Upon calling them, I mentioned the problem and he knew the part number without me having to tell him. I thought that was impressive. After my work day I stopped by to get my part and it was there waiting for me. They are knowledgeable and extremely friendly. I can bounce problems off them and get advice before committing to a solution. Definitely worth talking to them when you have a problem with any appliance. For me, their location was super convenient (on my way home). For others, it's easy to find and easy to access (no bad traffic issues). Check them out - you won't be sorry.
