  • What can I say about the Bradford Store?....I love it. I have recently decided to transistion to the organic whole foods side of the world and the Bradford Store is perfect for me. It's tucked back off the Highway and from the road/pkg. lot, you would think that there couldn't be much in here. You will be mistaken. They have soooo much to offer inside. Every nook and cranny is stuffed with Organic Produce, Grass-fed beef, Organic cheeses/butter and grains. In the back of the store they have a refrigerator full of local goods such as salsa made from a place in Huntersville and Organic eggs. They also have an entire wall of jams and soaps/candles. It gets even better, they also have cooking supplies. I've bought a pizza stone as well as an all metal potato peeler and they've both performed well not to mention....Made in the USA.. unlike....EVERY OTHER UTENSIL sold out there. Along with the potato peeler they offer a collection of knives. Along the back of the parking lot there is a barn where they sell Organic gardening supplies. I have yet to purchase anything but I plan to take on my own Organic Garden this year and I will be stopping in here for advice! The staff is unbelievably friendly and I've been offered a cup of warm apple cider on blistery winter days. They have a store pup that is usually seen laying in front of the wood stove in the middle of the store. How more picturesque can you get!! Their produce rivals any other store around. Most is grown from their farm but they do have to ship in some other non-seasonal vegetables. I hope to one day have a store like this.
