  • Saw the bad reviews and was very cautious about going here, but it was close and I typically love Cold Stone. LUCKILY I didn't have an issue here. The only reason why I rated 4* not 5* is because there was no toilet paper in the restroom and the guy was rude and annoyed about replacing it. Anyway, the lady that served me was SO nice, I wish I had gotten her name. She's the prime example of a perfect employee. She also offered me a sample of the creme brulee ice cream which I thought was good and ended up buying. She gave me a ton of ice cream for the like it which was sweet and she added a lot of toppings. In my past experiences at Cold Stones, they really skimp on toppings. This lady was the exception and I really appreciated it! A tip, it's pretty expensive here just so you know but totally worth it!
