  • They installed a mitigation system in our house July of 2017. Everything went great and they gave us a kit to test the levels which we did a few months ago. They told us at the time, if it tests, high, they would come back and do more work and that was included in the cost. Test came back high and now they are saying it will cost another $400 to maybe fix. Maybe it was a communication breakdown or something but this is definitely not the understanding they left us with. Will be going elsewhere to have it fixed.
