  • I have been a patient for about 2 years and until recently have excellent experience with Dr. Narala & staff. My last appt was rescheduled as upon check in I was told there was an hour wait time..... The waiting area was overflowing so that hour quote time seemed like it would be atleast 90 min so I rescheduled for a letter date. Now I am here & 45 min later I get called in to start the process blood pressure, EKG etc., then of course waiting to see the Dr will be atleast 15+ min. This is a real pet peeve of mine..... I get that things happen so I don't know IF he has doubled his patients or scheduling is asleep @ the switch or what but this does not work for me!
