  • If I could give no stars I would! There is a big sign on their front desk saying if there is a problem to contact Nick by email and he will make it right. I wrote to express my concerns and was never acknowledged. First of all upon walking in I was taken by surprise by the strong odor in this salon. I have been getting my nails done since 1984 and have never experienced this in a salon before. I could actually taste it in my mouth. Also the nearby work area was unclean and filthy, with the presence of pieces of cut fingernails and nail dust debris. My technician never introduced herself, never talked with me, never smiled and the entire time she was doing my nails she was answering phones, getting up and looking around the store. I felt rushed and her attention was everywhere but on me or my nails. She did not listen to my concerns and also informed me when I asked that there is no guarantee of the nails not lifting. Most salons offer a week or two guarantee. While the technician was filing my nails, she cut the side of my thumb with the file and it is very painful and bleeding.I have been treating it with Neosporin, but it still is inflamed today and hurts. Because she was rushing with no care for detail, the sides and undersides of my nails are rough. There was also considerable acrylic and glue residue left on my fingers when I left the salon. She also removed a nail that did not look to be lifting at all and charged me for it. When I paid, she again never smiled and just walked away, never thanking me. When I washed my hands, there was no paper in the machine to dry them, so I had to walk to the front with dripping wet hands. While I was there a woman came in for a pedicure. She dropped and broke a bottle of red nail polish by accident and kept apologizing, but was ignored by the staff and they handed her a roll of paper towels to clean it up herself. The poor lady was on the floor with gobs of paper towels soaked with red polish in her hands. I came to get my nails done and hoped for a relaxed atmosphere and instead was rushed along and my business did not feel appreciated.
