  • Well just by reviewing some of the reviews mine wont be any different. First the good news: As far a flavor Bachi Burger is definitely a hit. If you you wanna try a "non-conventional" American Burger this place holds true flavor. I've personally order the black & green burger and it was delicious. You can taste all the flavors described. I've added gruyere cheese which was good also. Now the service: Service I will give 1.5/5 on this one. List: 10mins to be seated, another 10mins to be greeted and order. 15mins to be servers my drink. 15mins later my fries come out , then another 10mins finally the burger. All together it took about 50 mins from arrival to eating. Oh and I only sat by myself with no parties. I can understand food needs time to cook to order, but I shouldn't have to wait 30 mins to finally be served a drink. I think that's kinda ridiculous for the amount of time to wait. I thinks it's really the lack of communication of the servers of the floor. One guy kept repeating "I need all staff on the floor" and no one seems to care. It looked like they were trying to look like the busy instead of tending to their customers. What a shame. Overall the experience needs some improvement. Food quality 5/5, Service 1.5/5 Overall 3/5. Sorry bout I hope the location on Russell has better service then this one.
