  • March 4- told I needed a new cabin filter. Paid for new filter. Assumed a new cabin filter was put in. July 1- went to my regular mechanic who said cabin filter was never replaced. Called the service department. Left a message for the service manager to call me back. Was promised by the receptionist he would. I instead got a call from the service advisor who told me they would never do tags and it's been windy so it will get dirty. No. A cabin filter does not go from brand new to looking like it hasn't been replaced ever in 4 months. Still no call from the service manager. Do not bring your service business here.
