  • Do NOT use this company. Our AC went out this week and we called them because they bought the company we previously used. The technician informed us our unit was going to cost $1600 to repair or $10,000 to replace. (They dropped the replacement to $8900) we decided endure the 108 temp for a night and shop around. Environmental Air looked at the unit the next day, diagnosed in 15 min and charged me a fraction of the originally quoted fee. I posted an image on social media (attached here) and a friend said she had the same situation. This company is just trying to up-sell the customers. I've already spoken with management which was pointless so now I write this review to hopefully prevent others from being swindled. I'm also going to follow up with the BBB. To wrap up. This is NOT a reputable company!!
