Wish i had got some of their names, but, i appreciated their help today. I had bought a new Samsung phone and it was broken. I had 11 phone calls and misinformation to have it finally sent in for the second time to actually be looked at by a technician. Samsung said i had to go to Best Buy because the phone they repaired came back still yet broken. The people at the customer service desk at Best Buy are like we cannot really help you without a Return Authorization Number from Samsung, but let's get someone to help you. Geek squad guy helped and it literally took 1 final 30 minute phone call with Samsung to finally settle it. Just feel like they deserve kudos for the help, it was very much appreciated!
