  • The buying experience here is pretty good. I've purchased a couple vehicles from the Earnhardt's. However my latest experience has been a joke in the service end. I'm a bit shocked at the lazy disposition of the advisors...letting you stand in the drive through like an idiot until you go in and try to locate someone to assist. (Maybe I've been out of the service needs so long that is the way it's done now...I'm used to an advisor coming out to the service drive to ask what your problem was and try to hall and GREET you. Maybe those days are gone at this dealership. And maybe I'm too picky, after all I only spent $55K on a truck, hardly the priciest vehicle on their lot...Then to find out even the easiest of items like a TPMS sensor in a tire that Discount Tire will do in an hour takes this Ram dealer a week to schedule and a "minimum of 2 hours of work once it's in the back" so says the advisor. I wished I remembered his name because I would put him on blast here. Bottom line is I will find another area Ram dealer to service Earnhardt's sale of which I doubt I'm a customer of anymore. Hopefully they will appreciate my business and my time. R Hudson
