| - Booked 2 rooms on Priceline. Got to the hotel late but called earlier to ask for 2 beds and to let them know we would be late. When we arrived they said they got one room approved but the other one was "declined." I showed them my Priceline receipt that said two rooms, showed them my credit card statement on line that showed the charge to my credit card, and after 30 mins. we got our two rooms. About 30 mins later I get a call from the front desk saying they are overbooked and can all four of us, me, (a male,) my sister, sister in law and niece all stay in the same room in the one queen bed. Yes, move out of their room. WTF? Also, I get tired of hearing the "you booked through a third party" bullshit. You have an agreement with Priceline, I make an agreement with them, you honor the deal, does not matter how it is booked. This was the absolute worst customer service ever. I included a picture of the guy Joe at the front desk. This is not rocket science people. Manager needs to figure things out before going home and letting Joe deal with it. Horrible.
