This buffet used to be one of the best in Phoenix. The value for the money was outstanding, and the 30 minute wait on a Sunday to get seated reflected it. Today, we got seated right away, and I noticed the dining room was operating at about 60% capacity. Now I know why: the food quality and selection has gone down from its heyday, and the pricing has gone up. That is a disastrous combo, and quite a disappointment to loyal customers. Their crab legs used to be of top notch quality. Today, the crab legs were slimy and not very meaty. They stopped serving lamb chops (one of favorite menu items). Also, their delicious cranberry walnut crispy cookies were nowhere to be found. How could they possibly take those off the menu? Sad to say, we won't be coming back, due to the higher prices and lower food quality and selection.
