  • Exceptional service at Racetrack RV! Went in on a Sunday afternoon to look at trailers. The owner Ken was working. He was so accommodating, knowledgeable and nice. We expected the typical salesman type personality. Not at Racetrack. Just genuine interest in what our needs were and then with no pressure showed us multiple options. We came back the next evening after hours because Racetrack closes before my husband is home for work. I mean who does that? Stays late to let us look around again and talk about more options. Unbelievable service again. We are pretty inexperienced RVers. Ken very thoroughly researched the towing capacity of our vehicle. He told us to tow 75% of our GVW. I loved that. He said he didn't want a call from us stating our engine blew up on Rogers's Pass because he sold us a unit too heavy for our truck. Again this demonstrated true concern for his customers. We picked up our new trailer a week after purchase. They had it cleaned, winterized and ready to hit the road. No extra cost! The shop even fixed a few minor imperfections we noticed. Again amazing service. They never seemed annoyed to take care of these details. Just happy to serve. We received such phenomenal service I HIGHLY recommend Ken at Racetrack RV and all their employees we dealt with.
