  • Had an ok experience. My car was definitely cleaner then when i arrived and it only took about an hour. I paid for a seat shampooing because I'd just driven 3 days from across country with my dog in the car. There was still hair in the seat cracks and i wasn't exactly happy with the cleanliness of the seats. When I asked about it the guy admitted that they really only spot cleaned the seats. Then why did I pay for you to shampoo them if that wasn't what you did???? Too many other options to return and pay for something I'm not going to get.
