  • I have had the pleasure of living at the District for almost two years now! After a couple below average on-campus living experiences, I was nervous about what off-campus living would entail. However, living here has been nothing but a positive experience for me. Not only is the property beautiful, but it provides me with ample places to study, allows me to snooze my alarm a few extra minutes with its close proximity to campus, and the office and maintenance staff are very friendly and prompt. I would absolutely recommend the District to any prospective resident looking for housing around ASU's campus :)
