For a big room run by a corporate entity, this place runs stunningly smoothly and serves amazing food. The staff are all friendly, knowledgeable, and super professional. And again, for such a large establishment, the customer treatment is unexpectedly personal. I had the most amazing steamed sea bass in a light soy/sherry broth and my wife had the best crisp-roasted grouper we've found anywhere. The raw oysters were fresh, sweet, and crisp. Heirloom tomato salad and soft shell crab salad with arugula, heirlooms, and blue cheese was to die for. Wonderful Rhone white from Paso Robles and a nice molten dark chocolate cake capped off a wonderful experience.
