  • How does this place retain a 4 Diamond rating with the following: - Small television in room - Hole in wall - Chipped paint - Room service never even showed up with our order - Front Desk staff with no personality or kindness (except Aaron, he was great) - Short staffed (1 front desk employee answering phones and helping a line of people at 10AM, no Manager on Duty until 2:30? Come on) - Housekeeping barges in your room at 8:15 AM despite DND sign - Broken phone in room The pool area and kids play area was great, but with that small exception, this place is a very lovely 3 Diamond joint masked behind a very poorly executed 4 Diamond review. If this were a 3 Diamond, I would have given it a higher rating on Yelp because it would have met or slightly exceeded my expectations. Price was reasonable at $100 after tax for 2 queens, but for an extra $50 I could have stayed somewhere great - my mistake I guess, thinking they would be due to AAA rating.
