  • My massage and seaweed wrap were wonderful so it pains me to rate only 3 Stars. The problem was the person at the Front Desk- Lori she was on a personal phone call when I walked in. After several minutes of standing in front of her she laid the phone down to get me checked in. She then continued with her conversation and used profanity while she spoke. She was obviously catching up with a friend. After I got in my room which was 2 doors down from the front lobby I could still hear her carrying on conversations with others. Laughing and talking very loud. I mentioned it to my therapist and she appologized and was sincere. So much for relaxation! Great treatments and value but terrible experience with one person.
