Yeah, this place may look like there's a big selection of wigs/styles to choose from but right when you find a good potential, they're either sold out and/or the color I wanted was not available. Suggestion: remove the model wig off the display area. Don't tease a customer and then let them down. If the item is not available anymore, take it away from the show floor. Display wigs were dusty and the hair were matted and tangled.
We were treated rudely. I may not be WOC, but there's not rule they're the only ones who can wear/buy wigs. The African-American looking man who was working there on a Friday afternoon was not subtle at all while watching our every move. My friends and I all work full time 9-5p office jobs at a well known reputable resort on The Strip. In no way we look like criminals. We truly wanted to buy some wigs for our own personal enjoyment. Do I have to show up here wearing my suit + Louboutin heels to get you off my back?!?!?! I have Chanel purses that cost way more than these wigs. *facepalm*. Why do they think my friends and I have a motive of stealing? That, I'll never understand. These people need to learn better loss prevention tactics.
Prices were on the higher side ($70 for a lace front ombre waist-length wig) when I found my exact same style for less than half of what they wanted to sell me here. No thank you. I'll buy my wigs online and I won't be coming back here ever.
