  • The staff, main floor, pool and exercise room are very welcoming and I really appreciate the service given. That alone would be five stars, but then you get to the rooms! I've stayed here many times while visiting family and have checked out different floors. The sixth floor rooms are the best! They are well kept, good beds and updated. But its a different story for the rest of the hotel! Beds are hard, heating/ac units are noisy all night, bathrooms and carpets need more attention...so my rating had to go to three stars. : (
