  • I have been using this gym for a few months now. It used to be a Golds Gym when I first joined. All the employees stayed the same with the name change. I really enjoy the cardio cinema room upstairs and the fact that it is not as busy as the big brother down the street. The girls up front and most of the other employees are very friendly. The 2 reasons I don't give it more stars is simply because when a machine is down it is usually down for a bit too long IMO since it is a very small gym. The second is some of the personal trainers are not very friendly. Overall it is a good gym for someone who just wants to get in and get a workout without feeling like you have 100s of eyes looking at you.
