| - EMS training was a new and exciting technology to me, I know my schedule, and these days as a entrepreneur my time must be dedicated to my business to succeed first. For years I have been hungry to train again, but the time was my biggest issue. I was desperate to loose weight, and no matter how many diets, or attempts I made, nothing seemed to actually work for me. I need proof of my efforts or I tend to give up.
Training with Martin has ignited a new passion within me, not only for my own personal wellbeing, but for my fitness, and eating habits. Working out with Martin twice a week has allowed me to drop almost 17 pounds in a bit over two months now. I have a lot more to go, and I will continue pushing myself as Martin pushes me with each training.
This technology is fascinating and I believe dedicating yourself to a fitness routine that is only 20 min long, twice a week, is nothing in comparison to the countless of hours I have spent in gyms trying to drop even just five pounds. Remember I have to be convinced and with dropping pounds I have also dropped inches, and am starting to feel alive again. EMS Training is brilliant, I have finally found something that works with my schedule, but also works for me, and I am accomplishing my fitness goals. Now it's time to push for more, life is very short, we all must take care of ourselves even when we think there is no time.
20 min, two days a week, is nothing to dedicate yourself to, for the longevity of live and to feel better about the you, you want to be. Hard work, and dedication make for a world of difference.
