I recently went here to buy a Kia Optima, it appeared to be a good deal for what you get. However the people made me not trust the dealership or the brand. I began working with Tara, who at first seemed honest and straightforward. We were then passed off to Brett who was your standard pushy car guy with a bad attitude. We had a true car quote which he immediately started to say how that was a base price and didn't include add on's - which it clearly states in the certificate it's a final price. They try to push a lease, the biggest issue was we were lied to about dealer rebates. In fact Brett stated Tara lied about them. We were told we could only have the dealer rebates with Kia financing, however this is not true. They try to push their financing which is horrible - get pre-approved at a CU and save some money! In my place of employment if someone lied to a customer we would have a severe problem !!! No one cared and it wasn't a problem. Ultimately your people make up your brand. In addition look around when you are there and compare to across the street at Toyota. We didn't buy a Toyota but the dealership is customer centric, offering ice cream, a place for your kid to watch tv, etc. Kia has a bunch of flimsy desks and sales people that could care less.
