Update::: Front office staff could use some work. I didn't realize I was due for an entire payment (based on something I signed 6 months ago) and I really needed to speak with Billing; not a front office rep. It would be nice for them to assign payment arrangements and not a threat of being dismissed from the practice at 36 weeks...kind of bummed leaving my visit especially when the medical staff is so awesome. I have no problem paying for service received, but I didn't need to feel like a criminal
