  • This was one of my best experiences while getting a car from a dealership I dealt with Chevy in the past. Honda West is completely honest from start to finish. The process went smoothly and they made sure to inform me of everything from start to finish. Tim was amazing he did not pressure me and was very patient. The financing department was amazing as well I believe his name was Richie. I went in with my eye on the 2012 Prius and came out with exactly what I wanted. I am overly satisfied with this dealership and my "new to me" car! Thank you again Honda West Team! Kamille!
