| - I would like to say first that I love the furniture selection here, but I will have to consider somewhere else because the staff is rude, and they don't know what they are doing.
I went in the store just to browse, and I didn't mind that no one came up to me right away at the Oak Express section because I like to take my time. When I did find what I wanted I went to find a representative (they were all sitting in the same area) and she seemed kinda bothered by me asking her to come with me to see the table, at least until I made sure she understood that I was actually buying the product right away. The check out process was a mess too, she seemed very "spacey" and made a couple of mistakes, no biggie, I thought, then she didn't even mentioned if I wanted delivery set up, so she had to go back and do the ring up again. She also kept asking another guy what she had to do, but in a flirty kinda "I'm so slow way". She then said that she will call me in a week to set up the delivery when everything got to the store. Today, a week and four days later I called because I had not received a call about the furniture, not even for an update. Daniel (very rude) assisted me over the phone. He had an attitude like I was slow or something for asking on the status of my delivery (being that the furniture had just gotten to the store yesterday, which I didn't know because no one call me to update me) he just said "What do you mean?" Very rudely, which was the same feeling you get with almost all the sales associates int he store. I love the selection of furniture, and I am remodeling my house, but I will have to consider another furniture store because the sales associates are rude, and seem to not know what they are doing.
