  • DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!!! I usually only get my nails done for special occasions, well the special occasion that is coming up on Thursday, IS MY WEDDING DAY. I went to Nail enV because I saw they had such great reviews. I made an appointment for Saturday (8/08/15) and had an enjoyable enough experience while getting my nails done. If only the quality truly lasted.... 2 days later as I was typing at work I noticed my thumb nail cracked and I also noticed that several of my nails were already lifting. I called the salon and they said I could come back and get my nails done for free, I am not in the state anymore because I am getting married in two days. When I told them this and simply asked for a refund, because I now have to get my nails done elsewhere. The salon REFUSED to refund me or provide any customer service at all  saying " I don't believe they are cracked and lifting, he (the man who did my nails, I cannot remember his name)  has been doing nails for 15 years". The salon then argued with me saying they will not refund any money because they don't believe the nail is cracked and because " The product has already been used on me " and we would be out the money" This salon obviously cares more about money than they do their clients, So if you want to feel special and beautiful for your wedding day, Dont bother with this place. You'll end up with more stress Save yourself the trouble and just go somewhere else, this place is not worth the hassle.
