  • So very disappointed, I've been going to Dr. Mcgrory for over 2 years, he's always been very polite, knowledgeable, and well mannered. His staff has completely changed over, and his new staff is rude and inconsiderate!! I've never been treated so poorly! I was contacted for an appointment, I show up early they request photo id and insurance card, this is part of their new policy. Then I'm informed I owe for a no show that I was never informed about, She states I'm not here to argue you can take it up with billing. So they put me in the phone with billing, who helps me get this resolved. Next she requires me to pay for my visit up front demanding $55.00 when my copay is only $30. When I question why so much she states that's my copay I show her proof of copay, and she says well you need to take that up with your insurance. So I say fine I'll call them, her response is "well if it's not done in time you're going to forfeit your appointment. So I tell her fine I'll pay after just send me back. She responds well too bad your too late now! I'm absolutely furious! I live on the other side of town drove all this way for nothing!! Such a shame a great doctor has such a ridiculous staff!! I will never go back and mean while I have to find a new Physician to get my meds filled!!
