  • Writing an update for Active Plumbing. Out of the blue a week or so ago I received a call from Carl offering a FREE flush of the hot water that they installed back in December 2011. I advised Carl that we had moved, but still own that property. Carl then offered me a free flush for both units. After setting an appointment for our new property, Chris showed up on time, in fact a little early. Chris was very courteous and professional, going over each step. He found our anode rod very worn and went over why. After replacing the anode rod, Chris made sure all the faucets and toilets were good to go. I asked about our rental since we had to reschedule it before...NO Problem! I checked with the Leasee regarding his availability and BAM, appointment set. I would not hesitate to use Active Plumbing again. A-1 people and service.
