  • Ok , so based on all the great reviews I called Arturo. I was not so lucky. I called him on a friday for a leak in shower, he said he was booked until saturday. No problem I would wait another day. He asked me to text him my address which I did, and I never heard from him again. Saturday about midday I called to see what time he was coming and he said he didn't know my address. Ok.....so I sent it again and asked him to please confirm receipt of it, no problem he says. I wait about 15 minutes and call him again to see if he got my address he said yes (although he didn't bother to confirm) and would be here between 2-3pm. Thank you I said and hung up. Well it is Tuesday and still no word from Arturo. He confirmed my address and phone number the last time I called him ........so no excuses. Glad some people were happy, but very unprofessional not to even call me back!!!
