The Montreal Museum of Fine Arts is one of my favorite places in Montreal, I do not have enough fingers to count how many times I've been there and each time there's always something different to discover. The collections are very eclectic (you will go from decorative arts and design to early and modern international fine art) and there are plenty of places to relax if you need a little break. You can add to this that they are really making an effort to make art accessible to all, and I love this! Currently, because of the recent opening of the Michal and Renata Hornstein Pavilion for Peace everyone has access to the collections and discovery exhibitions for free. Also, I really like that they have family weekends with multiple interesting workshops. Needless to say that I will be going back very soon!
