  • We stopped by the Sin City Brewing Co. at the Venetian Casino to try their beers. While there I bought a t-shirt; when we arrived home in Southern California, I noticed that the shirt was defective. I sent an email via the contact us link on their website and immediately received an email reply from the President of the brewery. After sending him pictures of the defective shirt, he immediately sent me a replacement shirt via the USPS! This type of customer service is so rare now a days ~ I would recommend this brewery to everyone! Their beer is good, the bartender was very friendly, you cannot beat the people watching (we meet folks from UK and from Denmark while drinking our beers), and the company's customer service is SUPERB!!
