  • I visited the facility and was greeted by a very kind and informative receptionist. I was looking for a place to take my dog during the hot AZ summer for play time with other dogs. I was interested in once a week day care. I was really pleased with the tour and the information I was provided. I tentatively set a day and time to come in for a trial. As I was getting ready to leave the receptionist answered the phone and was talking to a client about one of their groomers. She started explaining to the customer the groomer has had other complaints and started gossiping. I was completely disappointed on how unprofessional the woman/employee acted. This is poor business practices and will not use this facility.
