  • We had a party of 7 on Wednesday night to celebrate 2 birthdays. Our server, Michael, was very good. The 7 meals, though, were just OK. Nobody said their meal was great. I had the Mongolian Beef and the portion was small and the meat was like beef jerky. I haven't been to Changs in a while, but I don't think I'll be going back.
