  • I wish I had 3 pages to right a review on this so called dealership. It's bad when you haven't even been on the lot yet to look. I had been corresponding with Del Lucas on a vehicle. I had done my leg work and knew the van. The price seemed high to me for a 2014 with 1 owner and it being a fleet vehicle. There were 2 websites reporting that the vehicle had an accident but of course the dealer said the carfax was clean... We talked about price and I wanting to make an agreement on price before I went to look at it. We went back and forth twice and he finally said "My manager will not come down on price because it's a fair market price". I did offer low the first time I will admit $3500 below what they asked. However if they truly wanted to sell it they would have negotiated. Never once was a counter offer given. I was never asked about a downpayment ( which I had $4000 to put down) so we both could make our numbers where we wanted to be. Moral of the story these guys are jerks and not helpful for car buying. OH by the way after I called out the accident the dealership dropped the price on the van online another$500 and it's been on there lot 3 + months.....STAY AWAY!!!!!
