| - I have been coming here for the past two years, usually the service is pretty good, today was awful and I will never be back. I called ahead and made an appointment, I came in 10 minutes prior to the appointment when I walked in no one greeted me after 10 minutes I walked up to the nail tech- he told me to go sit at a pedicure chair. After sitting there for 15 minutes someone came up and removed my old polish, i sat there another 45 minutes with no service and asked for new water because my was now cold. I asked how much longer i would be waiting since i notice people after me being waited on, they told me to wait they were busy, even after i meantioned I had an appointment.
After another few minutes the nail tech asked me to leave pedicure station and start my full set. I could not believe I just wasted an hour!!! John the nail tech has done my nails many times before not once did he apolozie for the experience, he just kept saying he was busy, I tod him he could have told me to come another time this was an awful experience for someone who is a regualr at the salon. When I asked him to do a design he told me he could not do it, he only does simple things. Really?? And he was the only nail tech working. He applied rhinestones to my nails and did them backwards! When I asked for him to fix them he brushed it off and acted annoyed. Told him after my pedicure i would like it to be fixed.
The girl doing my pedicure was very unfriendly and acted annoyed with me as well. also no remorse or apology for my experience. The pedicure was awful. When i asked if i could have my nail start soaking to remove the gel to fix the hand that was done wrong she told me they didnt have becasue they closed 30 minutes ago (I had been there 3 hours now) John asked me to come back tomorrow, I told him that I had wasted an afternoon there and was not coming bac tomorrow it needed to be done before i left. He did fix the nail that evening, my pedicure and full set that normally takes 1.5 hours took me 3.5 and was the worst I have ever experienced!
I will not be back to this salon ever! I had planned to bring my wedding party here next month pror to my wedding but will be finding another salon that actually staffs properly. treats clients with respect and respects their time, absolutley no customer service here, even when I left not a single apology even after telling John I would not be back, will never recommend this salon.
