  • This experience was the worse ever. I had plan this trip over 3 months ago. I had made reservations for a room on a non smoking area witch never happened. Also the service was not pleasant. On the first night we couldn't sleep due to very loud people on the upper room and ice machine in front of our door. Also housekeeping came the next morning at 10am I asked if they where able to go later that day. After coming back from breakfast with my partner our room was not clean at all not even the sheets where ever change in the period of 4 days staying at hotel. This is a nasty hotel. Also my partner got bug bites all over his body. We came back to California and had to take him to emergency due to having high fever. I will provide pictures so everybody could see this. I will never recommend this hotel to no friends or family members. I will like a full refund of my money. Horrible service. Horrible.
