  • LOBSTER EGGS BENEDICT. If you're staying at Encore or Wynn, would definitely recommend rolling out of bed and walking over for brunch. The restaurant itself is elegantly decorated with a garden theme, as its name would suggest. There's also patio seating but given it was December, we opted to eat inside. The lobster eggs benedict was $24 but worth the price. It came with ample lobster that was well-seasoned and cooked. I also really appreciated the sauteed spinach and classic hash brown to round out the dish. Lastly to note, there's a roving cocktail cart in case you're up for a boozy brunch!
